2. Are there toll -free numbers for customer service and technical support? What <br />hours is live phone assistance available? <br />In addition to your primary and back -up client service professionals, the <br />Commercial Banking Service Center is staffed with CSPs who can help with <br />routine requests from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT Monday through Friday. <br />Our Technical Solutions Group (TSG) provides support to the City for <br />ACCESS Online and Virtual Remit related inquiries, which includes <br />troubleshooting browser, software and scanner issues. They will also assist you <br />with MICR correction, multifactor authentication, Internet troubleshooting, <br />password resets /unlocks, resolving error messages, etc. The Technical Solutions <br />Group offers extended hours of operation, from r: oo p.m. PT on Sunday through <br />5:00 p.m. PT on Friday. <br />Additionally, our Transmissions team provides support for clients initiating file <br />transfer or receiving reporting via Direct Transmissions to J.P. Morgan. Staff is <br />available to assist Transmissions clients from 12:00 P.M. PT on Sunday through <br />11:00 a.m. PT on Saturday. Will the Bank cash payroll checks at no cost for City employees? <br />J.P. Morgan will continue to cash the City's payroll checks drawn on J.P. Morgan. <br />The City may elect to have fees charged to the payees or to absorb fees on behalf <br />of the payees. This applies only to payees without Chase accounts; Chase account <br />holders will not incur fees. Reasonable thresholds will be established for the City <br />based on the expected activity and risk for the account. The threshold represents <br />a maximum per check limit. The standard maximum threshold is $5,000; any <br />increase in that threshold requires additional reviews and approvals. <br />Pricing for non - account holders is $8 per item and can be charged to the payee at <br />the teller line or absorbed by the client via account analysis. <br />J.P. Morgan offers on us check cashing which does not require a check cashing <br />agreement. <br />4. The Bank will be required to provide certain transaction confirmations and <br />respond to other requests for data as needed from the City's auditors. Will <br />the Bank be able to comply with such requests? <br />The City has two options for requesting an audit confirmation from J.P. Morgan: <br />• Confirmation.com allows the City to request audit confirmations <br />electronically.
