• Supplier reporting— Merchant Summary Detail, Merchant Related <br />Spending Alerts, Spend Analysis by Merchant, Spend Analysis by <br />Merchant Category <br />Users can generate reports as often as needed and export the data in a <br />variety of formats, such as PDF, for easy printing and archiving. Reports <br />can also be scheduled to run automatically by billing cycle or on a daily, <br />weekly, or monthly basis, according to a City - determined schedule. An <br />email alert can be set up to notify users when their scheduled reports are <br />available. <br />The flexibility of smartciata's on- demand and scheduled reporting will <br />allow your organization to closely monitor your card program. Full <br />hierarchy support provides reporting rights at cardholder, department, <br />and organization -wide levels. <br />C. Please describe and provide details for the corporate / purchase credit <br />card administration? <br />The MasterCard smartdata.gen2 (smartdata) system is entirely browser <br />based and includes functionality for information reporting, real -time <br />account management, and reconciliation. <br />Information Cation Reprorting in Smartdata <br />With smartdata, the City can access multiple standard reports that cover <br />key program aspects such as transactions, hierarchy, cardholders, and <br />suppliers. System users can view information at a unit- and card - <br />summary level, and they can also drill down to transaction details. <br />Available filters include hierarchy level, date range, review status, post or <br />transaction date, and reporting currency (for select reports). Program <br />administrators have the additional advantage of being able to prepare <br />detail, summary, and exception reports on demand. These reports can <br />easily be saved and distributed through email. <br />Reports can be scheduled to coincide with your billing cycle, or they can <br />be scheduled to run on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Users can <br />receive alerts when their scheduled reports are available in their <br />smartdata inboxes. User - defined reports are also available on an on- <br />demand basis, or they can be run on a pre -set schedule for compilation <br />and distribution according to your needs. Flexible output options include <br />Adobe PDF, Microsoft Excel, text files, data interchange files, and email <br />messages. <br />Page 96 • <br />
