SECTION F <br /> INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL <br /> These instructions are the guidelines governing the format and content of the <br /> Technical Proposal and the approach to be used for its development and <br /> presentation. The inclusion of any additional pertinent data or information by the <br /> Contractor is permitted as an appendix. <br /> F.1 TECHNICAL PROPOSAL FORMAT <br /> The Technical Proposal must consist of the ten (10) sections shown in Table F-i, <br /> and shall be accompanied by a transmittal cover letter signed by an officer or agent <br /> of the Contractor who is duly authorized to bind the Contractor and notarized. <br /> Failure to include any of the items below or to adequately address any topic may <br /> result in Contractor's removal from the RFP process. <br /> TABLE F-1 <br /> Contents of Technical Proposals <br /> Section Contents <br /> Transmittal letter <br /> 1 Executive Summary <br /> 2 Description of Proposed Basic Services <br /> 3 Description of Proposed Emergency Services <br /> 4 Implementation Plan <br /> 5 Organization <br /> 6 Qualifications of Contractor <br /> 7 Risks and Contractual Obligations <br /> 8 Exceptions <br /> 9 Litigation <br /> 10 Contractor's Financial Data <br /> All pages of each proposal must be numbered consecutively through the document <br /> starting at page one. <br /> F.2 TECHNICAL PROPOSAL CONTENT <br /> F.2.1 Executive Summary <br /> Provide a summary of the entire proposal and highlight the attributes that you <br /> believe differentiate your proposal from others (maximum 5 pages). <br /> Page 31 <br />
