Single Point of Contact - Account Manager When multiple sites are covered under the contract, one -call communication of critical issues is vitally important for quality control across the entire enterprise. We will designate one of our most experienced security professionals as your Account Manager to serve as your single point of contact The Account Manager will be your primary point of escalation, leveraging all available resources to guarantee responsive management of any service issues or requests.
