The evaluation process will be done in two stages which includes an initial evaluation <br />of the written proposal and preliminary scoring to develop a short list of Proposers <br />that will continue to the final stage of an oral presentation, interview and reference <br />checks. <br />The criteria for evaluating the proposals submitted will take the following items into <br />consideration: <br />A. Overall Proposal /Understanding of the Required Services .......... 25% <br />Proposals will be evaluated against the RFP specifications and questions <br />below: <br />I. Has proposer demonstrated a thorough understanding of the <br />purpose and scope of services <br />2. Has the proposer demonstrated that it understands the deliverables <br />and reports (i.e, daily incident reports, guard tour patrol reports <br />etc.) the City expects it to provide <br />B. Relevant Experience/ References .............. ............................25% <br />Proposals will be evaluated against the RFP specifications and the <br />questions below: <br />1. Does the proposer have experience on similar size contracts <br />2. Does the vendor have a minimum of five (5) years' experience <br />dealing with municipalities <br />C. Price Proposal ...................................... ............................20% <br />Price Proposals will be evaluated based on individual site prices submitted <br />in Exhibit B <br />D. Technology ........................................ ............................15% <br />Ability to provide real time incident reporting. <br />E. Training Plan ....................................... ............................10% <br />Did proposer present an acceptable training plan? <br />Retention Plan ................................... .............................5% <br />Does proposer demonstrate ability, and /or, initiatives to retain employees? <br />G.
