City of Santa Ana Public <br />Public Works Agency <br />PROPOSAL - RFP 17-002 <br />L-1 DIGITAL MAPGeographic Information Systems Services and Data <br />PRODUCTS <br />Project Requirements <br />.Gmhk Orange County Parcel GIs Data (Minimum Requirements) <br />For each year of the contract, the Vendor will provide updated Orange County parcels, centerlines and <br />other county GIS data in ESRI File Geodatabase format and Microstation DGN format. Once the County <br />has released the updated parcels, the Vendor will deliver the processed data to the City within 30 days. <br />DMP's SmartParcels meet and exceed this requirement. Data will be delivered in File Geodatabase <br />format and Microstation DGN format within.30 days of County release to. DMP. <br />The City desires a perpetual enterprise license for the parcels that allows unlimited use for all city <br />employees, consultants, contractors and agents of the City. The City desires the right to distribute <br />derivative datasets based on the parcels (zoning, land use, etc.) on an Open Data website for download by <br />the public. <br />These requirements are all included In the licensing of DMP SmartParcels"-". <br />The City will determine the required fields and projection information for the deliveries. Over the duration <br />of the contract, the City may require that the parcels be delivered in a format that is compatible with the <br />ESRI Local Government Information Model (LGIM) schema. The Vendor will work with the City to provide <br />the parcels in the desired format/schema. <br />Digital Map Products will work with the City to provide SmartParcels" in the desired format/schema. <br />ESRI File Geodatabase Deliverables (annual delivery) <br />• The Vendor will provide the Orange County Assessor's parcels and centerlines in ESRI File <br />Geodatabase format. <br />DMP SmartParcels and street centerlines will be delivered in File Geodatabase format. <br />• The Vendor will include a table in the File Geodatabase that relates the OBJECTID of the Parcel to the <br />Assessor's Parcel Number (APN). The Vendor will work with the City to deliver this table in the format the <br />City desires. <br />DMP will work with the City to deliveca File Geodatabase table in the format the. City desires. <br />• The Vendor will work with City to deliver the data with the attributes in the schema the City desires. <br />DMP will work with the City to deliver the attributed In the schema the City desires. <br />• The minimum extent of the delivery will match the data extent as Indicated in Attachment 5 of this RFP. <br />26)Page <br />
