The street design concept at this location <br />provides one left -turn and one right -turn lane for the westbound approach, where the previous analysis provided <br />two left -turn lanes and one right -turn lane. The reduction in westbound left -turn lanes from two to one lane would <br />cause this location to deteriorate from acceptable LOS D to unacceptable LOS E in the PM peak hour.
