UNDERSTANDING OF NEED <br />Marconi color chart to ensure the picture you see is accurate and precise. This ensures the recorded <br />digital video is crisp, clear and the best possible picture available. The cameras are pressure tested to <br />make sure no leaks are found which can disrupt production or degrade the quality of the video. The <br />CCTV vans all have pan and tilt high resolution cameras and a variety of transporters with both wheeled <br />and tracks which can be used in lines from 4 inches through 120 inches. H & H uses WinCan sewer <br />inspection software that will give the City a print out of the manhole to manhole inspection. A thumbnail <br />and 3" x 3" picture are also included and a bird's eye view of the line segment with the observation and <br />footage shown at each fault. <br />The scope of work of outline is as follows and includes the anticipated approach, tasks necessary for <br />successful completion, and suggestions based upon our past experience with the City: <br />Anticipated Approach <br />Implementation Coordination <br />A kick off meeting will be held after the award of contract. Houston & Harris supervisors will meet <br />with City personnel to discuss scope of services, implementation process, and all details needed <br />to initiate a formal Notice to Proceed. <br />On-going Communication <br />Houston & Harris personnel will be available to City personnel to communicate progress, <br />anticipate challenges, and coordinate accountability and outcome targets to ensure positive <br />results. <br />Quality and Uniformity of Deliverables <br />Houston & Harris personnel will ensure deliverables are synchronized at the end of each workday <br />at the City corporate yard facility. At the end of every assigned task, H & H will submit a hard drive <br />with all the video, Win Can data base with PDF files and Jpegs to the City. All data will be provided <br />to the City within 15 calendar days of task completion. Houston & Harris will maintain copies of <br />all data.
