The Plan Sponsor has the responsibility to review the monthly reports se' to he Plan Sponsor by TASC and reports that are available on line to ensure data has beenit mece ved and COBRA election notices sent. These reports are also notices indicating enrollmenchanges that are needed for participants, which can include reinstateents, terminations, andtan i hanges.
