Please see sheet counts for details. <br />Deliverables: 30% 60% 95% and 100% Plans, electronic files in Microstation 1/81 and PDF (final plans will be <br />sealed and signed), and responses to previous review comments from the City <br />Task 10: Striping, Signing, and Parking Meter Plans <br />We will prepare striping and signing plans at a scale of 1" = 40' for the proposed improvements within the <br />limits of the project. Striping and signing plans will comply with the City of Santa Ana's standards, Caltrans, <br />and the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. Flashing beacon installation and parking meter <br />details, if required, will be shown on the striping and signing plans. Gensler will review signing and striping <br />plans and will provide mark up on way finding signage. <br />Deliverables: 60% 95% and 100% Plans; electronic files in Microstation V81 and PDF (final plans will be sealed <br />and signed); and responses to previous review comments from the City <br />Task 11: Landscape and Irrigation Plans <br />Kimley-Horn will prepare landscape and irrigation plans for proposed plazas, on street parks, and bulb -outs <br />within the project limits. These plans will be consistent with the City's Standards and General Plan; the City's <br />Scenic Corridor Elements; the City's Urban Design Elements; and California's Water Efficient Landscape <br />Ordinance. The plans will consider City maintenance when developing the design. Gensler will review and <br />provide mark up on landscaping plans and tree locations. <br />Deliverables: 60% 95% and 100% Plans; electronic files in Microstation V81 and PDF final plans will be sealed <br />and signed); and responses to previous review comments from the City <br />Task 12: Cultural Trail and Gateway Elements Plans <br />Our team will develop design concept plans based on the City's approved Vision Plan, establishing a visual <br />language for the first phase of the cultural trail to obtain the City's concurrence on street amenities and <br />gateway elements. We will prepare a set of plans for cultural trail and gateway elements such as monuments, <br />street banners and signage based on the approved concept design drawings. It will entail the first phase <br />implementation of the cultural trail, which will have four markers. The gateway element will be developed for <br />installation at two locations. Large structural components are not included. Drawings may Include site plan, <br />enlarge plans, elevations, sections, 3D views, details and specifications. <br />Deliverables: 30% 60% 95% and 100% Plans; electronic files in Microstation 1/81 and PDF,• and responses to <br />previous review comments from the City <br />Task 13: Open Space Plaza Plans <br />We will refine the elements of the approved Vision Plan and develop a more detailed approach to the plaza <br />design. Developed site plans and concepts at the 30% stage will be reviewed with the City staff to confirm <br />concurrence with the project's objectives. Based on the approved design concepts, ourteam will produce <br />construction documents for the two -proposed plaza areas as shown in the Vision Plan. The plans will indicate <br />hardscape, planted areas, and seating. We assume two plazas locations do not Involve complete street <br />closures. Large structural components and playground equipment are not included. <br />Deliverables: 30% 60% 95% and 100% Plans; electronic files in Microstation V81 and PDF; and responses to <br />previous review comments from the City <br />Task 14: Street Light Plans <br />Kimley-Horn will prepare street light plans from First Street to St. Andrew Place. These plans will incorporate <br />pedestrian lighting along both sides of the street. We assume the current staggered street lights will remain in <br />
