2. HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION APPLICATION NO. 2017-06, HISTORIC <br />REGISTER CATEGORIZATION NO. 2017-05 AND HISTORIC PROPERTY <br />PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2017-13 <br />(Property: 1909 North Poinsettia Street— Molfetto House) <br />Legal notice published in the Orange County Reporter on September 15, 2017 and notices <br />mailed September 15, 2017. <br />Senior Planner McCann provided a presentation which included an overview of the <br />architectural style and features. Mr. Meyer, applicant, spoke in support of the <br />recommended action. Chairperson Christy opened the public hearing. There were no <br />additional speakers on the matter and the hearing was closed. Vice Chair Schaefer <br />requested staff correct on first page of report under description of the house that the <br />garage is "attached" and not detached. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application No. <br />2017-06 and approving Historic Register Categorization No. 2017-05. <br />2. Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a Mills Act agreement with Angela Meyer, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />MOTION: Schaefer SECOND: Nguyen <br />VOTE: AYES: Christy, Garcia, Hardy <br />Schaefer (8) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSTAIN: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />Hitterdale, Murashie, Nguyen, Rush, <br />3.
