ARTICLE II <br />2.0 NON-DISCRIMINATION CLAUSE <br />2.1 The City and the Union agree that they shall not discriminate against any employee because <br />of political affiliation, union activities, union membership, race, color, sex, age, national <br />origin or alienage, sexual orientation, political or religious opinions or affiliations, religious <br />creed, ancestry, physical disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, <br />gender, gender identity, gender expression, military or veteran status, and other protected <br />classifications as defined by the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). <br />The City and the Union shall reopen any provision of this MOU for the purpose of <br />complying with any order of a Federal or State agency or court of competent jurisdiction <br />requiring a modification or change in any provision or provisions of this MOU in <br />compliance with State or Federal anti -discrimination laws. <br />0 <br />r <br />
