Agreement and upon the Union's written request to meet to determine team <br />composition, frequency of meetings and meeting schedules. <br />A. The teams to be formed are: <br />1. The potential implementation of a new city-wide salary matrix <br />B. Previously authorized teams to be reconvened as needed: <br />1. Career Ladder/job Family (for the purpose of developing career ladderfJob <br />family series to be used in promotions or in the event of layoffs. <br />23.6 Performance Appraisals. Non -probationary performance appraisals not <br />completed within six (6) months of the due date shall be stayed and the employee <br />shall next become subject to evaluation upon the end of the evaluation period next <br />following, provided that merit advance performance appraisals shall be <br />completed in accordance with Article IV, section 4.8. <br />23.7 Request for Classification Review. Any employee who, for a continuous period <br />exceeding one (1) year, believes he or she is regularly and consistently performing <br />duties and/or responsibilities not in conformance with their classification concept, <br />or duties and/or responsibilities of another classification, may request a <br />classification review of their position through their supervisor to the Executive <br />Director. The employee must submit their request on a form specified by the <br />Executive Director of Personnel Services, outlining in writing how they believe <br />their current duties and/or responsibilities differ from their classification concept. <br />A. The Executive Director will review the employee's submitted request and <br />within sixty (60) days will make one of the following determinations:. <br />1. Will support the employee's request. <br />a. If the Executive Director supports the employee's request for a <br />classification review, he or she shall forward the request to the <br />Executive Director of Personnel Services along with justification for <br />support of the employee's request. <br />b. The Executive Director shall notify the employee that his or her <br />request has been submitted to the Executive Director of Personnel <br />Services. <br />2.
