Templates - the program should include the option to create a template for <br />agendas. The program should allow the City Clerk to easily modify existing templates or <br />create new templates as needed. The option to integrate templates for staff reports will <br />be considered favorably. <br />Granicus Response: Standard feature of Legistar includes the ability to define and <br />unlimited number of meeting body agenda formats. Heading definitions, font, point <br />size and color can be unique for each body as well as committee or department logo <br />and agenda definitions. All aspects of agenda creation can be managed by the City <br />System Administrator without needing to contact Granicus. <br />10. Agenda Reporting - the program should have the ability to generate reports of <br />agenda items by Council meeting dotes. For example, a future Council item report that <br />shows upcoming meeting dates and the items tentatively planned for those dates. <br />Granicus Response: Standard feature of Legistar. The system includes over 30 standard <br />file and agenda reports including user level ad -hoc content selection. <br />11, Export to Laserfiche - the program should be able to easily integrate with the <br />Laserfiche enterprise content management system. The proposer is responsible for <br />verifying Laserfiche licensing and functionality. <br />Granicus Response: Full comprehensive Granicus/Laserfiche integration module is <br />included in this proposal. <br />Video Streaming & Archiving <br />The ideal program should have the following features and functionality: <br />1. Live & On Demand - the program should allow videos to be available for live <br />meetings and on demand from a desktop or mobile device. The program should <br />automatically compensate video quality according to the bandwidth of the receiving <br />device to ensure stable viewing. Additionally, viewers should be able to view meeting <br />videos from common browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. <br />Granicus Response: Standard feature of our Video Streaming & Archiving system. <br />2. Agenda Packet - the corresponding agenda packet should be viewable while <br />watching meeting videos. Indexing - the program should allow videos to be indexed while the meeting is <br />happening.
