Production Hosting <br />The Customer will provide a server operating environment as <br />Customer <br />follows: <br />task <br />• Microsoft® Windows Server@: supported versions - 2012, <br />2012R2 (Standard or Enterprise editions, 32 & 64 bit); <br />• Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS): component of <br />installed Windows server; <br />• Microsoft SQL Server® and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting <br />Services): supported versions - 2012, 2014, or 2016; <br />• MIcrosoft.NET Runtime 4.6 installed. <br />The Customer will provide user workstation environments as <br />follows: <br />• A web browser: supported browsers - Internet Explorer 10 or <br />newer, Microsoft Edge, Safari latest release (on Mac only), Firefox <br />latest release, Chrome latest release; <br />• Microsoft .NET Runtime 4.6 installed; <br />• Microsoft Excel@ 2007 or newer (if spreadsheet export/import <br />feature is required, and/or saving reports as Excel is required); <br />• A ClickOnce browser extension (if self-serve report authoring is <br />required from browsers other than Internet Explorer or Edge). <br />The Customer will provide a technical contact with full security <br />access to the operating environment as well as the authority and <br />proficiency to assist Questica in the configuration of Questica <br />Budget and/or to provide Questica personnel with full VPN access <br />and permissions for the operating environment. <br />Questica Access To <br />Questica implementation & technical staff have full access Cothe <br />In scope <br />Production Server <br />production system for the purpose of system implementation. <br />Project <br />Questica will assign a project manager to lead this <br />In scope <br />Management <br />implementation on Questica's behalf. The role and responsibility <br />of the project manager is to ensure that the product is <br />implemented according to this Scope of Work and to carry out the <br />tasks detailed in sub-section "2.9.1.
