VI. AWARD OF AGREEMENT <br />A. REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Following evaluation and rating by the proposal review committee, the Executive Director will <br />recommend award of an agreement to the proposer providing the best quality and value to the <br />City. <br />B. EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />A standard agreement is included as ATTACHMENT 2: STANDARD AGREEMENT in the <br />Appendix of this RFP. "Proposer" will hereinafter be referred to as "Consultant" in standard <br />agreement. The term of the agreement will begin after the agreement is fully executed, and all <br />required bonds, insurance documents and contents of the payment information packet have been <br />received and approved. <br />VII. IMPLEMENTATION <br />A. KICK-OFF MEETING <br />A kick-off meeting will be held after award of contract. Consultant and its team will meet with <br />City of Santa Ana staff to conduct introductions, and discuss scope of services and <br />implementation process. <br />B. NOTICE TO PROCEED <br />Following the kick-off meeting, a formal Notice to Proceed (NTP) may be issued after the <br />agreement is fully executed, and all insurance documents and contents of the Payment <br />Information Packet have been received and approved. <br />VIII. PUBLIC RECORDS <br />All responses to the RFP shall become property of the City, and proposals will become public record <br />after award of agreement. Proposer information identified as proprietary information shall be <br />maintained confidential, to the extent allowed under the California Public Records Act. <br />City of n nStaKA 9 17-101 <br />
