Scope of Requested Collection Services <br />operation, permitting, licensing, regulatory fees for all Approved Facilities <br />owned/operated by Contractor or Contractor's Affiliate; <br />6. Performing or providing all services necessary to fulfill its obligations in full <br />accordance with this Agreement at all times using best industry practice for safety, <br />regulatory compliance and service delivery; and, <br />7. Complying with all Applicable Laws. <br />3.2 Collection Services <br />3.2.1 Residential Curbside Collection Services Arrangements <br />Residential Curbside Service is for any Dwelling Unit or duplex unit in the Service Area where <br />each Dwelling Unit is designed or used for occupancy by one (1) family and carts are utilized for <br />the accumulation and set out of Solid Waste. The default service level will be weekly, automated <br />Collection of three (3) 96 -gallon carts for each curb -serviced household. Body of cart will be <br />green; lid color will be established for each material (i.e. brown for Refuse, grey for Recyclables <br />and green for Yard Waste). <br />1. Weekly Solid Waste Collection <br />Contractor will provide each Residential Curbside Service Unit with a new, wheeled cart <br />for automated collection of Solid Waste. The default service level will be a 96 -gallon cart <br />collected weekly. The Contractor shall provide a 64- and/or a 32 -gallon cart as a <br />substitute depending on the Customers preference and need. No discount will be given <br />for using smaller carts. Customers may add additional carts as may be needed at an <br />additional charge. Customers will be required to place the cart(s) curbside for collection. <br />Solid waste collection service is mandatory for all service locations. Reduced rate <br />services are provided for Senior Citizens and Mobile Home occupants with two or fewer <br />occupants, utilizing a 64 -gallon cart. Reference Attachment 1 for additional information. <br />2. Weekly Single -Stream Recycling Collection <br />Contractor will provide each Residential Curbside Service Unit with a new, wheeled cart <br />for automated collection of single -stream recycling material. The default service level <br />will be a 96 -gallon cart collected weekly. The Contractor shall provide 64- and/or 32 - <br />gallon carts as substitutes depending on the Customer's preference and need. No <br />discounts will be given for using smaller or no carts. Customers may add additional <br />single -stream recycling collection carts as may be needed at no additional charge, <br />maintaining current provisions for removal of unused carts and removal of carts at <br />households meeting established criteria for repeat contamination. Customers will be <br />required to place the cart(s) curbside for collection. <br />3. Weekly Yard Waste Recycling Collection <br />Contractor will provide each Residential Curbside Service Unit with a new, wheeled cart <br />for automated collection of yard waste. The default service level will be a 96 -gallon cart <br />collected weekly. The Contractor shall provide 64- and/or 32 -gallon carts as substitutes <br />depending on the Customer's preference and need. No discount will be given for using <br />smaller or no carts.
