An.overview/evaluation of the condition of the existing controls equipment <br />2. Recommendations.for enhancements to existing controls <br />Additional documentation to be developed with the technical memorandum <br />includes: <br />1. Instrument database <br />2. I/O and communications database <br />The format developed for the Walnut Pump Station project will be leveraged as a <br />template for the technical memorandum, instrument databases, and I/O and <br />communications databases. <br />Once complete, EA will submit the memorandum to the City for review. <br />EA has added this document to the scope. due to the high value it provides. The <br />Technical Memorandum will provide EA and the City with a thorough, <br />unambiguous, and documented understanding of the site condition and key areas <br />for improvement. More importantly, it will serve as a documented justification for <br />future design decisions and the corresponding costs that will be incurred by the <br />City. [This addfkoaal owpe k included in the Fee PmpaWV <br />Refer to Volume II, Appendix E: Example Technical Documentation for a sample of <br />one of EA's site audits. <br />7.5.1.3 Technical memorandum review workshop <br />To ensure the City's complete understanding of the memorandum and to review <br />the key.findings and recommendations, EA will conduct a half day workshop with <br />the City to review, explain, and discuss the contents as necessary. As experienced <br />during the Walnut Pump Station project, the City's understanding of the <br />memorandum will be rapidly advanced by this additional workshop. <br />Following the workshop and receipt of the City's review comments, EA will update <br />the documentation per City comments.
