City of Santa Ana Recycled Water Master Plan <br />management requirements and costs will be requirements of these users, a summary <br />determined during development of the of water use data, and the potential <br />Master Plan, recycled water users. <br />We will utilize the OPCC in conjunction with <br />anticipated recycled water demands to <br />provide an estimated unit cost per acre-foot <br />of recycled water. <br />31 Preliminary Costs related to <br />Administration, Maintenance and <br />Ownership <br />The TRHA Team will prepare a preliminary <br />cost estimate for administration, <br />maintenance, and ownership costs of the <br />proposed recycled water system. These <br />estimates will be planning level estimates <br />with a 30 percent contingency. <br />4. Identification of Funding Sources <br />and opportunities <br />The TRHA Team will evaluate potential <br />funding sources, The funding sources to be <br />considered shall consist of; <br />Clean Water State Revolving Fund <br />Loans, <br />• Metropolitan Water District of <br />Southern California Grants, <br />• US Bureau of Reclamation Title XVI <br />and WaterSMART grans, and <br />• Local Bond Issues. <br />S. Deliverables <br />The master plan will generally follow the <br />outline show below. <br />• Section 'I -- introduction <br />The Introduction will consist of project <br />background, a description of the project <br />area, and other information suitable for <br />a person unfamiliar with the City or <br />context of the project to understand the <br />project goals, <br />Section 2—Anticipated Recycled <br />Water Demands and users <br />9 Section 3 — Site Evaluations <br />This will consist of a written narrative <br />and figures, <br />Section 4— Preliminary Recycled <br />Water Piping System, Pump <br />Stations, and Storage Evaluation <br />This will consist of a written narrative <br />and figures depicting the proposed <br />recycled water system. <br />• <br />Section 6 — Proposed Recycled <br />Water Capital Improvement <br />Projects <br />This will consist of a narrative and <br />figures depicting the phasing of the <br />proposed projects. <br />• Section 6 — Opinion of Probable <br />Construction Costs <br />This will consist of a narrative and tables <br />describing the anticipated engineering <br />and construction costs for the proposed <br />projects, <br />Section 7 _. Coordination and <br />Regulatory Requirements <br />This will consist of a written narrative <br />and tables listing agencies with a stake <br />in the proposed recycled water projects <br />and a list of anticipated permits. <br />• Section 6 -- Funding Sources <br />Evaluation <br />This will consist of a written narrative, <br />tables, and figures depicting the results <br />of the financial analysis of the proposed <br />recycled water system. <br />• Appandix A — Water Use Data <br />This appendix will consist of tables <br />detailing the water use data obtained <br />from the City. <br />This will consist of a written narrative Appendix IS — Proposed Recycled <br />and figures describing the different Water System <br />types of recycled water users, the <br />Firm Team, Understanding of /deed and Approach, and Scope of Work Page 12 <br />
