This appendix will consist of one (1) 24 - <br />by 36 -inch figure depicting the proposed <br />recycled water system, pump stations, <br />and reservoirs on an aerial photograph. <br />Project phasing will be depicted by <br />utilizing different colors to differentiate <br />the different phases. <br />The TRHA Team will deliver the following: <br />A Draft Master Plan to the City clearly <br />labeled as a draft. The submittal will consist <br />of the following: <br />Five (5) hard bound copies of the <br />Draft MasterPlan, and <br />One zip drive containing the full <br />report in PDF format. <br />After a two-week review period we will <br />conduct a review meeting with City Staff to <br />gather comments. Our team will revise the <br />report based on the comments and issue a <br />Final Master Plan to the City clearly labeled <br />as the final report. The submittal will consist <br />of the following: <br />1. Five (5) hard bound copies of the <br />Final Master Plan, and <br />2. One zip drive containing the full <br />report in PDF format. <br />III. MEETINGS AND <br />INTR.ERAGENCY <br />COORDINATION <br />A. Kickoff Meeting <br />The TRHA Team's Project Manager and <br />Principal Planner will attend one (1) contract <br />kick-off meeting with City staff at the City's <br />Corporate Yard located at 220 S. Daisy <br />Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92703 to discuss <br />the project phases, scope of work, <br />information necessary, and discuss the <br />project and payment schedule. City staff will <br />share contact information, safety and <br />security protocols and familiarize the <br />consultants with the City's sites and <br />equipment. We will prepare and distribute <br />the meeting agenda and meeting notes. <br />B. OCWD and Other Cognizant <br />Agencies <br />OCWD - The TRHA Team will contact the <br />OCWD on behalf of the City and coordinate <br />meetings between OCWD, City and TRHA <br />to facilitate the sharing of information <br />required from OCWD to adequately perform <br />the requirements of this project. Five (5) <br />one-hour meetings with the Orange County <br />Water District will be attended by two TRHA <br />Team members, and the TRHA Team will <br />be responsible for meeting notes for the <br />project meetings. <br />Other Cognizant Agencies - During <br />development of the Master Plan the TRHA <br />Team will coordinate with other agencies <br />that have a vested interest in the use of the <br />City's recycled water projects or who have <br />regulatory oversight over the proposed <br />projects. Our team will determine the main <br />point of contact with each of the agencies <br />listed and provide this as a table in the <br />Master Plan. We have budgeted one (1) <br />telephone call with the main point of contact <br />for each of these agencies. Coordination <br />activities shall consist of discussion of <br />regulatory requirements, potential facility <br />locations, potential water quality impacts, <br />Title 22 water requirements, and other items <br />to be determined by the TRHA Team during <br />development of the Master Plan. These <br />agencies shall consist of: <br />• Orange County Healthcare Agency <br />(OCHCA), <br />• Regional Water Quality Control <br />Board — Santa Ana Region, <br />• Orange County Sanitation District, <br />• Orange County Water District <br />• State Water Resources Control <br />Board Division of Drinking Water, <br />• Army Corps of Engineers, if channel <br />crossings are encountered, <br />• California Department of <br />Transportation, and <br />• US Bureau of Reclamation <br />Firm Team, Understanding of Need and Approach, and Scope of Work Page 13 <br />
