In particular, we know that the City has adopted a Climate Action Plan (CAP) consistent with the CEQA Guidelines section 15183.5, Tiering and Streamlining. We recognize that consistency with the growth projections in the CAP is central to tiering off it and that future City projects have the potential to exceed those growth projections. We will bring our in-depth understanding of project -related Issues and technical knowledge to assist the City In customizing Its approach to legislation Implementation, CEQA streamlining and compliance, and CAP consistency.
