and extent of the proposed improvement and the district to be asses- sed for the cost and expenses thereof are as shown respectively on the plan and profile, No. AD 201, adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, by Resolution No. 5§-116~ on Nay 5, 1958, and assessment district map~ No. AD 201~ Sheet l, adopted by said City Council by Resolution No. ~8-117~ on May 5~ 1958, and in accordance with specification entitled "Specifications for Improvement in Assessment District 201", which said specification duly was adopted by said City Council by Resolution No. ~8-11~ on'the 5th day of Nay, 1958, which said plan and profile~ assessment district map~ and spe- cification now are on file in the offices of the City Engineer and of the Clerk of the Council of said city, to which said plan and profile~ assessment district map, and specification reference is made for all particulars relative thereto. SECTION 2. That the total estimated cost of the proposed im- provement is $~6,~00.00. SECTION 3. That the said improvement shall be conducted under the Improvement Act of 1911, which is Division ? of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California. SECTION 4. That notice hereby is given that on the 19th day of Nay, 1958, at 7:30 P.M., in the council chamber located in the City Hall of said city, there shall be a public hearing before said City Council for the purpose of determining whether the public con- venience and necessity require the above described improvement. SECTION 5. That the Clerk of the Council shall give notice of the hearing by posting a copy of this resolution in the manner prescribed by Section 5065 of the Streets and Highways Code and by publication as hereinafter provided. Any person interested may make protest against the proposed improvement in writing filed with the Clerk of the Council at any time not later than the hour set for the hearing in the manner provided by Section 5220 of the Streets and Highways Code. -2-
