RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA PROPOSING MODIPICATIONS IN THOSE PROCEED- <br />INGS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF MAIN STREET INSTITUTED <br />PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 58-118 <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA' ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOI~ <br /> <br />LOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That said City Council hereby proposes to <br /> <br />modify the hereinafter listed resolutions and documents pertaining <br />to those certain improvement proceedings, instituted pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 58-118, for the improvement of Main Street between <br />Edinger Street and Delhi Road. Each of the hereinafter listed <br />resolutions or documents are proposed to be modified by deleting <br />therefrom: <br /> <br /> "installation of concrete lighting standards, mercury <br /> <br /> vapor type luminaires, <br /> pull boxes," <br /> <br />and substituting therefor, <br /> <br />ballasts, lamps, cable, conduits, <br /> <br />in each place in each of said resolutions <br /> <br />and documents where the above quoted language appears, <br /> <br />are: <br /> <br /> the following: <br />"installation of steel electroliers, mercury vapor type <br />luminaires, ballasts, lamps, cable, conduits, pull boxes," <br /> <br /> Those resolutions and documents so proposed to be modified <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Resolution No. 58-118 adopted May 5, 1958; <br /> <br />Affidavit dated May lC, 1958, relating to the pub- <br />lication of Resolution No. 58-118 on May 9 and <br />May lC, 1958; the copy of Resolution No. 58-118 <br />made a part thereof; and Resolution No. 58-118 as <br />so published on said days; <br /> <br />Resolution No. 58-130 adopted May 19, 1958; <br /> <br />Resolution No. 58-131 adopted May 19, 1958; <br /> <br />Affidavit of Publication dated June 7, 1958, relating <br />to the publication of Resolution No. 58-131 ou May 31, <br />1958, and June 7, 1958; the copy of the resolution <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
