affidavits above noted, said proceedings being for the improvement <br />of Main Street between Edinger Street and Delhi Road by the insta~ <br />lation and placing in operation of au ornamental lighting system, <br />having any objection to the changes or modifications proposed <br />herein, may appear before said City Council and show cause why <br />said changes or modifications should not be ordered, and any person <br />interested may file written objections to the proposed changes or <br />modifications with the Clerk of the Council at any time not later <br /> <br />than the time set for hearing. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council hereby is directed <br />publish this resolution in the "Santa Aha Independent" at least <br />once, such publication to be at least ten (10) days prior to the <br />date of the above public hearing. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
