RE~OLUTION NO. 59-35 <br /> <br />A _B3~-9OLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA ADOPTING THE PROPILE AND IMPROVEMENT <br />PLAN AND SPECIFICATION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF <br />TOWNER STREET AND OTHER STREETS IN THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That that certain profile and improvement <br />plan, No. AD 202, for the improvement of Towner Street and other <br />streets all in the City of Santa Ana, on file in the office of the <br />City Engineer of the City of Santa Ana, be, and the same hereby is, <br />approved and adopted for such work and improvement. <br /> <br /> That that certain specification entitled "Specifications <br />for Improvement iu Assessment District 202," prepared by the City <br />Engineer for the City of Santa Ana and on file in the office of <br />the Clerk of the Council thereof, be, and the same hereby is, <br />approved and adopted for such work and improvement. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. It hereby is ordered that the above-mentioned <br />plan and specification shall be filed in the office of the City <br />Engineer of the City of Santa Aha, and both such plan and speci- <br />fication shall be open to public inspection. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
