any objection to the changes proposed herein, either as to the work <br />or to the amount of the City's contribution thereto, may appear before <br />said City Council and show cause why said changes should not be <br />ordered, and any person interested may file objections to the pro- <br />posed changes with the Clerk of the Council at any time not later <br />than the time set for hearing. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4. The Clerk of the Council hereby is directed to <br />publish this resolution in "The Santa Aha Register" two times, the <br />first publication to be at least ten days prior to the date of the <br />above public hearing. <br /> <br /> SECTION 5.
