SECTION 9: The Clerk of the Council of said City of <br />Santa Aha is hereby directed to mail notices of the adoption of <br />this Resolution of Intention, postage prepaid, to all persons <br />owning real property proposed to be assessed to pay any part of the <br />cost of said work, whose names and addresses appear on the last <br />equalized assessment roll for real property taxes, or as known to <br />said Clerk. Said mailing is to be completed at least fifteen (15) <br />days prior to the day herein fixed for the public hearing on this <br />Resolution of Intention, all in the time, form and manner prescribed <br />in said Improvement Act of 1911. <br /> <br /> SECTION 10: NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the <br />grades to which said work is to be done are, or may be in part, <br />new and different from those heretofore established, or may be and <br />in some cases are, different from existing ground levels. <br /> <br /> SECTION 11: The total estimated cost of said work and <br /> improvements, including estimated incidental costs, is in the amount <br /> of $76,908.84. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br /> Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August, 1965. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br /> <br />
