Kiosks, with florescent fixtures and time clocks, mail boxes,newspaper dispensers, and telephones, at the Southeast corner of the intersection of Fourth and Main Streets, at the Northwest corner of the intersection of Fourth and Spurgeon Streets, and at the Northwest corner of the intersection of Fourth Street and Broadway. 7. Drainage work in the Southeast portion of the intersection of Main and Fourth Streets, consisting of the removal of existing asphalt concrete pavement, lowering the existing culvert to drain into existing box culvert, and installation of a protective traffic grate, as said proposed work and improvement is shown and described upon the plan~, profiles and detailed drawings of said work, and to the specifications for the doing of said work on file in the office of the Director of Public Works of said City of Santa Aha, and approved by said City Council by its Resolution No. 69-172 adopted November 17, 1969; and WHEREAS, said City Council desires to hold a public hearing, concurrently with the protest hearing under the resolution of intention to be adopted in this proceeding, for the purpose of finding and determining whether the public convenience and necessity require such improvement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, California, in regular session assembled, that said public hearing shall be conducted by said City Council con- currently with the protest h~aring under the resolution of intention to be hereafter adopted herezn, in the council chambers in the City Hall in said City of Santa Aha, California on Monday, the 5th day of January, 1970 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. of said date, or as soon there- after as said public hearing can be held, for the purpose of finding and determining whether the public convenience and necessity require such improvement.
