Beginning at a point in the center line of First Street in the City of Santa Ana, California, which said point is distant Easterly measured along said center line of First Street 1675.28 feet from the intersection of said center line of First Street with the center line of Sullivan Street and running thence from said point of beginning North, parallel with said center line of Sullivan Street, 340.43 feet; thence North 0° 25' 30" West 172.00 feet; thence North, parallel with said center line of Sullivan Street, 89.89 feet to a point in the Westerly extension of the center line of Third Street in the City of Santa Ana; thence Easterly along said extension of the center line of Third Street 329.47 feet to a point in the West line of that certain 6.32 foot strip of land shown along the West boundary of the Fisher Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, Page 90 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence Southerly along said Westerly line and the extension thereof 602.32 feet to a point in said center line of First Street; thence Westerly along the center line of First Street 328.47 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
