PARCEL 6: <br /> <br />Ail that certain portion hereinafter referred to <br />as Parcel A, lying Southerly of a line parallel <br />with and distant 50.00 feet Northerly, measured <br />at right angles, from the following described <br />line: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the center line of Daisy <br />Avenue distant 20.00 feet Northerly, measured <br />at right angles, from the center line of First <br />Street as shown on a map of the Fisher Tract <br />recorded in Book 4, Page 90 of Miscellaneous Maps <br />records of Orange County, California; thence <br />Westerly in a straight line to its intersection <br />with said center line of First Street distant <br />900.45 feet Westerly from the center line inter- <br />section of said Daisy Avenue and First Street. <br /> <br />A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly <br />by said parallel line that is distant 50.00 feet <br />Northerly in Parcel 5 above described, bounded <br />Easterly by a line parallel with and distant <br />33.22 feet Westerly, measured at right angles, <br />from the West line of that certain 6.32 foot <br />strip of land shown along the West boundary of <br />the Fisher Tract, as shown on a map recorded in <br />Book 4, Page 90 of Miscellaneous Maps, records <br />of said Orange County and bounded Northwesterly <br />by the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly having <br />a radius of 25.00 feet and tangent to said Southerly <br />and Easterly boundaries. <br /> <br />Beginning at a point in the center line of First <br />Street in the City of Santa Ana, California, which <br />said point is distant Easterly measured along said <br />center line of First Street 1675.28 feet from the <br />intersection of said center line of First Street <br />with the center line of Sullivan Street and running <br />thence from said point of beginning North, parallel <br />with said center line of Sullivan Street, 340.43 <br />feet; thence North 0° 25' 30" West 172.00 feet; <br />thence North, parallel with said center line of <br />Sullivan Street, 89.89 feet to a point in the <br />Westerly extension of the center line of Third <br />Street in the City of Santa Ana; thence Easterly <br />along said extension of the center line of Third <br />Street 329.47 feet to a point in the West line of <br />that certain 6.32 foot strip of land shown along <br />the West boundary of the Fisher Tract, as shown on <br />a map recorded in Book 4, Page 90 of Miscellaneous <br />Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence <br />Southerly along said Westerly line and the extension <br />thereof 602.32 feet to a point in said center line <br />of First Street; thence Westerly along the center <br />line of First Street 328.47 feet, more or less, <br />to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />That portion of the land allotted to Julian Chavez, <br />in the City of Santa Ana, as described in the Final <br />Decree of Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa <br />Ana, which was entered September 12, 1868 in Book <br />"B", Page 410 of Judgments of the District Court <br />of the 17th Judicial Court in and for Los Angeles <br />County, California described as follows: <br /> <br />- 2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
