091 <br /> <br />4.2 <br /> <br />power, e.g., to assemble small parcels into larger development <br />sites, install landscaping, parking facilities, pedestrian amenities, <br />etc. <br /> <br />ReporfingProcedures <br /> <br />ho <br /> <br />The Environmental Coordinator will be responsible for <br />reviewing the program in Table 1 with the key personnel <br />charged with implementing the proposed project at the <br />City, including the Director of Public Works, the City <br />Traffic Engineer, the design consultants, construction <br />contractors, construction inspectors, and all other key staff <br />and contractors associated with the project. <br /> <br />The Environmental Coordinator will prepare quarterly <br />written reports for the City of Santa Ana Public Works <br />Agency, documenting the satisfactory implementation of <br />all applicable mitigation measures, during that time <br />period, consistent with the schedule and agency approvals <br />indicated in Table 1. For those measures where the <br />project activities do not comply with Table 1, a <br />description of the areas of noncompliance will be <br />prepared, including proposed remedies to bring those <br />elements of the project into compliance with the adopted <br />Mitigation Monitoring/Reporting Program. <br /> <br />The final report on the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting <br />Program will be provided to the City of Santa Ana Public <br />Works Agency and will be kept on file at their offices located <br />at 101 West 4th Street, in the City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br /> <br />
