REL: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-043 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 91-020, TO MAKE CERTAIN MODIFICA- <br />TIONS IN THE REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO <br />THE WILLARD PERMIT PARKING DISTRICT <br /> <br />5/20/91 <br /> <br />417 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, by its <br />Resolution No. 91-020, dated February 19, 1991, established the <br />Willard Permit Parking District and the regulations pertaining <br />thereto; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council does now desire to make certain changes <br />in those regulations; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SANTA ANA that sections 5, 6, and 7 of Resolution No. 91-020 are <br />hereby amended, and section 8 is hereby added to said resolution, <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 5. Persons entitled to a permit to park in locations subject <br />to permit parking restrictions pursuant to this resolution include <br />and are limited to the following: <br /> <br /> (a) Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and <br />who resides in a single-family dwelling located within the Willard <br />Permit Parking District, provided that not more than two permits <br />may be issued at any one time to the residents of any one dwelling <br />unit. <br /> <br /> (b) Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and <br />who resides in a duplex, triplex, or fourplex, located within the <br />Willard Permit Parking District, provided that not more than one <br />permit may be issued at any one time to the residents of any one <br />d~elling unit. <br /> <br /> (c) Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and <br />who resides in a low income rental housing project located within <br />the Willard Permit Parking District which has received federal <br />financial assistance or subsidy through the FHA Mortgage Assistance <br />Program or the "Section 8" new construction program, provided such <br />project continues to provide housing which is affordable to persons <br />of low income, and provided further that not more than one permit <br />may be issued at any one time to the residents of any one dwelling <br />unit. <br /> <br /> (d) Any person who is licensed to drive a motor vehicle and <br />who works at the business located at 1126 North Flowe~ Street. <br /> <br /> <br />
