RESOLUTION 91-043 <br />PAGE 2 <br /> <br /> 6. NO guest parking permits shall be issued in the Willard <br />Permit Parking District for exemption from the parking restrictions <br />imposed by this resolution, except for blocks which are limited to <br />permit parking at all times pursuant to sections 7(c) or 8(c) <br />below. <br /> <br /> 7. In that area of the city which is included in both the <br />Washington Square Permit Parking District and the Willard Permit <br />Parking District: <br /> <br /> (a) ExceDt as otherwise provided hereinbelow, the <br />parking restrictions and permit system established by Resolution <br />No. 87-57 of this Council for the Washington Square Permit Parking <br />District shall remain in full force and effect in addition to the <br />parking restrictions and permit system established by this <br />resolution for the Willard Permit Parking District; <br /> <br /> (b) The Executive Director of Public Works may, where <br />appropriate, design and issue a single permit for persons eligible <br />for permits in both districts; <br /> <br /> (c) On any block for which a petition requesting permit <br />parking has been or is hereafter filed in accordance with the <br />regulations applicable to the Washington Square Permit Parking <br />District, the Executive Director of Public Works may post signs <br />limiting parking to permit parking at a.ll times. In such event no <br />person shall park any vehicle at any time on any portion of any <br />street as to which such signs have been posted, except the holder <br />of a permit allowing such parking. <br /> <br /> 8. In the event that the Northwest Permit Parking District <br />is established and includes territory that is also included in the <br />Willard Permit Parking District, then in that area of the city <br />which is included in both the Northwest Permit Parking District and <br />the Willard Permit Parking District: <br /> <br /> (a) Except as otherwise provided hereinbelow, the <br />parking restrictions and permit system established the resolution <br />establishing the Northwest Permit Parking District shall remain in <br />full force and effect in addition to the parking restrictions and <br />permit system established by this resolution for the Willard Permit <br />Parking District; <br /> <br /> (b) The Executive Director of Public Works may, where <br />appropriate, design and issue a single permit for persons eligible <br />for permits in both districts; <br /> <br /> (c) On any block for which a petition requesting permit <br />parking has been or is hereafter filed in accordance with the <br />regulations applicable to the Northwest Permit Parking District, <br />the Executive Director of Public Works may post signs limiting <br />parking to permit parking at all times.
