Wherever rpadway encroachment does no(ma, kc the existing use infeasible, <br />and safe and cdnvenient access can still be provided, existing parcels shall be <br />reconflgured to allow the conllnued usc of existing buildings, <br /> <br />2. In areas where il has been determined that roadway encroachment has made <br />existing uses infeasible or inappropriate, yet safe and convenient vehicular <br />access can still be provided, new development sites shall be identlfle'd to <br />accommodate either the relocation of existing Bristol Street businesses or the <br />introduclion of new businesses. <br /> <br />3. New residential lots shall be created wbcn a parcel does not have frontage <br />on Bristol Street and the development of a single family residence on the <br />parcel would contribute to the character of an existing single family <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br /> <br />
