RESOLUTION 96-036 607 <br /> <br />Ail water charged at the base rate. <br /> <br />Hydrant meter rental = $2.00 per day with 5 day <br />minimum. <br /> <br />Hydrant meter deposit (refundable) = $750.00 <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Water for residential subdivision construction <br />work not to exceed four months as provided for in <br />Section 39-29 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Ail water supplied from fire hydrants or water services <br />with spacer connections: <br /> <br /> Tracts-Residential (Per Lot) $ 19.00 <br /> Per 100 feet of sewer ditch 5.00 <br /> Hydrant Meter Deposit (Refundable) 750.00 <br /> <br /> 2. That Resolution Nos. 87-61 and 96 - fixing water <br />rates and standby charges are hereby repealed effective January <br />1, 1997. <br /> <br /> 3. That Resolution No. 92-078 fixing reclaimed water rates <br />is hereby repealed, effective January 1, 1997. <br /> <br /> 4. That the following rates are to be charged prior to <br />installation of water and fire services, for each service <br />installed by the Water Division of the Public Works Agency, as <br />provided for in Section 39-19 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code: <br /> <br />1" 5/8" x 3/4" $ 735 <br />1" 3/4" x 1" 735 <br />1" 1" 760 <br />1-1/2" 1" 1,265 <br />2" 2 ' 1,510 <br />3" 3" 7,700 <br />4" 4" 8,200 <br />6" 6" 9,600 <br /> <br />The rate to be charged for relocating a 2" or smaller <br />service meter a distance of fifteen (15)feet or less <br />shall be one-half said cost of service installation, <br />based upon the size of service, and the rate charged <br />for relocating a 2" or smaller service meter a distance <br />of more than fifteen (15) feet shall be the same for <br />the cost of service installation, based upon the size <br />of service. The rate to be charged for relocating a 3" <br />or larger service shall be the same for the cost of a <br />new service installation, based upon the size of <br />service. <br /> <br /> <br />
