<br />. <br /> <br />. \ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Addendum <br /> <br />Correctional Managed Care Medical Corporation is a managed care company that has put <br />in place various contracts with Physicians Groups, Hospitals, Emergency Departments <br />and Suppliers. <br /> <br />We currently adjudicate all medical claims for the City of Santa Ana.
