2. GIS Systems Analyst/Programmer (see Exhibit F) will collaborate to <br />develop and implement Citywide Geographic Information Systems <br />(GIS) standard operating procedures for recording and maintaining <br />spatial data with reference to City assets, public infrastructure, and <br />patterns of use and points /areas of interest to the general public, <br />Council and staff. This position will also ensure data quality and timely <br />updates and provide geospatial analysis for policy and project <br />development and review; <br />3. Maintenance Enterprise Administrator (AM) (see Exhibit E) will <br />participate in and oversee Maintenance Division organizational studies, <br />budget development, administration and forecasting with broad <br />responsibility for operational, fiscal, and human resources process <br />optimization; <br />4. NPDES Manager (see Exhibit F) will coordinate intergovernmental <br />relations, including permit terms and program funding, to ensure long- <br />term alignment of City /Agency efforts with applicable mandates and <br />community interest relative to the National Pollutant Discharge <br />Elimination System ( NPDES); <br />5. Public Works Project Manager (see Exhibit F) will serve as the single <br />primary point of contact and coordination for all phases of Public <br />Works projects, relieving engineers of most project management duties <br />and ensuring timely and efficient completion of Council- approved <br />projects; <br />6. Safety Coordinator (see Exhibit F) will create and maintain safety - <br />oriented loss minimization plans, identify and coordinate job, location <br />and task - specific training to Public Works staff; deliver and /or <br />coordinate safety training and report regularly to and collaborate with <br />the City Safety Committee on agency- specific and citywide <br />opportunities for worker health and well -being through workplace <br />safety; and, <br />7. Senior Water Services Supervisor (see Exhibit F) will oversee field <br />maintenance personnel and activities for Water and Sewer systems <br />service, maintenance, and improvement. <br />L. In keeping with the City's practice to assign job titles that reflect the duties <br />and responsibilities of the classification, and are consistent with other <br />classifications within the City's organization structure, the Executive <br />Director of Finance and Management Services recommends job <br />classification titles in Fleet Services be changed, with no change in <br />Resolution No. 2015 -026 <br />Page 3 of 7 <br />
