(PCO No. 2) <br /> AGREED PRICE = $648 <br /> Item 3. During the start of the selective demolition it was discovered that the building <br /> was infested with termites. It was recommended that the building be <br /> immediately fumigated. Prior approval was granted on November 1, 2006 <br /> (PCO No. 3) <br /> AGREED PRICE = $4,432 <br /> Item 4. During the selective demolition at the facility it was discovered that several <br /> exhaust fans and heaters were not shown to be removed and the exterior <br /> joists have excessive weather damage. Therefore to renovate the facility as <br /> designed it was recommended to remove exhaust fans and heaters and trim <br /> the deteriorated joists as required and install sheet metal caps over the <br /> joists. Prior approval was granted on November 13, 2006. (PCO No. 4) <br /> AGREED PRICE =$9,507 <br /> Item 5. The contract documents show installing the HVAC units above the new <br /> ceiling. After further review, it was determined that these units would not fit. <br /> The new ceiling is at seven feet and could not be lowered any further; <br /> therefore, requiring the relocation of the units. Prior approval was granted on <br /> November 14, 2006. (PCO No. 5) <br /> AGREED PRICE _ $13,346 <br /> Item 6. Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency had requested to have <br /> the existing exposed conduit and wires within the building relocated to within <br /> the walls and the roof. Additionally they had requested to have new conduit <br /> installed for their new telephone/data system. Prior approval was granted on <br /> November 14, 2006. (PCO No. 6) <br /> AGREED PRICE = $18,794 <br /> Item 7. While surveying the building to conceal the new utilities and conduits within <br /> the building it was discovered that the contract roofing system was not <br /> conducive for this type of installation. The new utilities and conduits could <br /> only be installed exposed on the roof or exposed in the building. Parks, <br /> Recreation and Community Services Agency requested to change the <br /> roofing system to a system that would allow the conduits to be installed <br /> within the roofing system. Therefore it was recommended to change the <br /> contract roofing system from a modified bitumen membrane to a <br />
