Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency had requested to have <br /> conduit installed for its future security system. Installing the conduit during <br /> the construction will allow the conduit to be concealed within the walls and <br /> the roof. Prior approval was granted on November 14, 2006. (PCO No. 11) <br /> AGREED PRICE = $18,832 <br /> Item 11.The new door to room 121 would not fit within the existing opening as shown <br /> on the contract drawings. Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br /> Agency had requested to modify the wall to accommodate the new door and <br /> replace the glass in that room and the adjacent room 120. Additionally, the <br /> new plumbing in the restroom will not fit within the existing walls; therefore, <br /> requiring the walls to be furred. Prior approval was granted on November 14, <br /> 2006. (PCO No. 13) <br /> AGREED PRICE = $7,142 <br /> Item 12.The contract document inaccurately dimensioned the restrooms and the <br /> utility room; consequently, the drinking fountains and the water heater would <br /> not fit within the designed spaces. Parks, Recreation and Community <br /> Services Agency had requested to eliminate the drinking fountains and <br /> replace the existing water heater with a tankless model. Additionally, Parks, <br /> Recreation and Community Services Agency had requested to extend the <br /> new gas line to accommodate future construction.
