SITE SPECIFIC SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />ANTA ANA REGIONAL TRANSPORTATIOt`I CENTER <br />The Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center (SARTC) is located at 1000 Lust Santa Ana <br />Boulevard, Santa Ana, CA 92701, The facility covers 6.75 acres and contains a 47,000 -square - <br />foot terminal, two surface panting lots with s. total of 282 spaces, and one four-story parking <br />structure with 423 spaces. A three-story pedestrian bridge takes travelers to the east train <br />platform.. A second pedestrimr bridge connects the parking structure to the main facility, The <br />terminal building is open from 5;00 AM to midnight daily. The parking stricture is open to the <br />public from 4:00 AM to midnight daily. <br />The SARTC terminal building contains approximately 35,000 square feet of rental space, plus a <br />five -story theme tower that includes small meeting/conferonce rooms on the 4a' and Srt' floors. <br />Tenants include Amtrak, Greyhound Lines, Tres E,strellas de Oro, County of Orange Social <br />Services Program, State of California RDD, the City of Santa Ana Work Center and gift shop. <br />As a regional transportation hub and public services facility, various local, state, and federal <br />authorities have law enforcement jurisdiction witiritr the facility, The lead authority is the Santa <br />Ana Police Department, The Orange and Los Angeles County Sheriffs, the California Highway <br />Patrol, OCTA Police, Amtrak Police, and the Department of Homeland Security are amongst the <br />other law enforcement agencies that hold jurisdiction, The SARTC is designated as a Homeland <br />Security critical infrastructure locale, <br />Rail and Bus Services <br />The SARTC functions as an inter -modal transportation facility along the Orange railroad <br />subdivision, within the Los Angeles San Diego (LOSSAN) corridor. The SARTC serves both <br />Metrolink and Amtrak commuter/passengers seven days per week. Specifically, it serves <br />Metrolinlc's Orange County and Inland Empire -Orange County commuter rail service lines, and <br />Amtrak's Pacific surlliner trains.
