may by resolution, amend, correct, modify or delete any <br />schedule previously incorporated herein or add new schedules <br />hereto. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This resolution, including any <br />resolutions amendatory or supplementary hereto, may be <br />referred to in any other ordinance, resolution, notice, <br />contract, or other document. Any call for, or notice <br />inviting bids and any contract for the construction of <br />any public work in the City of Santa Ana may specify the <br />rates which shall be applicable thereto by referring to <br />and incorporating by reference the rates determined, <br />ascertained and fixed by this resolution, including <br />any resolutions amendatory or supplementary hereto. Any <br />such reference in any of the foregoing instruments shall <br />be deemed to include not only this resolution buy also <br />all resolutions theretofore adopted which may be amendatory <br />or supplementary to this resolution. <br /> <br /> Section 5. The Clerk of the Council is <br />hereby directed to certify to the adoption of this <br />resolution, and to cause the same to be published once <br />in THE REGISTER, a newspaper of general circulation, <br />published and circulated in said city. <br /> <br /> Section 6. The Clerk of the Council is <br />hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy <br />of this resolution, and any resolution amendatory or <br />supplementary hereto, with the Director of Industrial <br />Relations of the State of California. <br /> <br /> Section 7.
