RESOLUTION NO. 79-36 <br />PAGE THREE <br /> <br /> In addition to the benefits specified in <br />subparagraphs (a) through (e) hereinabove, said <br />officer shall receive any and all employee <br />benefits which he or she was entitled to <br />receive on June 30, 1976, by reason of prior <br />action of the Council, provided and excepting, <br />however, that the health insurance benefit <br />shall be as provided hereinabove, and not as <br />it existed on June 30, 1976. <br /> <br /> 4.
