B. Performance Ratings. Each manager's performance in <br />relation to his or her agreed upon annual objectives and managerial <br />behaviors will be evaluated according to the following performance <br />rating scale: <br /> <br />Point Rating <br /> <br />Performance Levels <br /> <br />Significantly Exceeds Expectations: <br /> Consistently exceeds all <br /> objectives requirements and <br /> expectations by a wide margin. <br /> <br />Exceeds Expectations: <br /> Consistently meets all objectives <br /> and requirements and exceeds <br /> several. <br /> <br />Meets Expectations: <br /> Meets objectives and requirements. <br /> <br />Below Expectations: <br /> Fails to meet some objectives and <br /> requirements. <br /> <br />~1 <br /> <br />Unacceptable: <br /> Performance is significantly below <br /> the minimum required. <br /> <br /> 7.5 Performance-Based Salary Adjustments. Each management <br />officer or employee covered by this plan may be eligible to receive au <br />annual performance-based salary increase and/or one-time monetary <br />payment, or be subject to a performance-based salary reduction, in <br />accordance with the following: <br /> <br /> A. For overall performance rated as "Significantly Exceed <br />Expectations", advancement of one step (2.5%) within the salary rate <br />range plus one of the following options: <br /> <br /> i. One-time monetary payment equal to five percent (5%) <br />of current base salary; or <br /> <br /> ii. One additional step advancement of 2.5% within the <br />salary rate range and a one-time monetary incentive payment equal to <br />two and one-half percent (2.5%) of current base salary; or <br /> <br /> iii. Two additional step advancements of 2.5% each within <br />the salary rate range. <br /> <br /> B. For overall performance rated as "Exceeds Expectations", <br />advancement of one step (2.5%) within the salary rate range plus one of <br />the following options: <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br /> <br />
