BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the California Vehicle Csde, <br /> <br />Sections ~59.8 and ~72; and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3213, 3216, <br />3217 and 3218, the City Council hereby establishes the following parking <br />regulations: <br /> <br />On ~oth sides of Main Street, except the east side between Fifth and SLxth, <br />from the north curb line of First Street to the south curb line of Ninth Street, <br />as follows: <br /> <br />There shall be .NO STOPPING" at any time; except buses may stop in marked <br />loading zones to load and unload passengers. <br />Any vehicle parked in violation of this provision is hereby declared to be an <br />obstruction to traffic as defined in Section 585.2 of the California Vehicle Code <br />and may ~e towed away subject to the provisions of that section of the California <br />Vehicle Code. <br /> <br />On the west side of Main Street between First Street and Walnut Street, as follows: <br /> <br /> South 3~ feet ~ RED zone <br /> <br /> FOURTH STRE~ <br /> <br />On the north side of Fourth Street between Main Street and B~sh Street, as follows: <br /> <br /> East ~7 feet of the west 67 feet - YELLOW loading zone <br /> <br /> SIXTH STREET <br /> <br />On the north side of Sixth Street between Main Street and Sycamore Street, as follows: <br /> <br /> West 25 feet of the east 65 feet - WHITE loading zone <br /> <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to place appropriate signs and <br />curb markings as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting <br /> <br />held on the 4th day of November <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Clerk of the Council <br /> <br />1957. <br />· May Jr / <br /> <br /> <br />
