RESOLUTION NO. 77-84 <br />PAGE THREE <br /> <br />(e) Disability Insurance <br /> <br /> Effective January 1, 1978, the City shall <br />pay the full premium for a long-term disability <br />insurance plan for said officer, if such coverage <br />is desired by such officer. <br /> <br />(f) Carry Over Benefits <br /> <br /> In addition to the benefits psecified in <br />subparagraphs (a) through (e) hereinabove, said <br />officer shall receive any and all employee bene- <br />fits which he or she was entitled to receive on <br />June 30, 1976, by reason of prior action of the <br />Council, provided and excepting, however, the <br />health insurance benefit shall be as provided <br />hereinabove, and not as it existed on June 30, <br />1976. <br /> <br /> 4.
