SERVICE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS <br /> <br /> Ail rates and service charges for service to premises outside <br />the City limits shall be double the above rates and charges except <br />to those premises outside the City limits heretofore served at the <br />rates charged to those within the City limits. <br /> <br />D. TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />Water for construction work and other uses such <br />that service is required for only a limited time, <br />not to exceed six months as provided for in Sec- <br />tion 39-26 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Ail water supplied from fire hydrants: <br /> <br />Parcel-Industrial Per 100 Cubic Feet $ .72 <br />Hydrant Meter Rental-Per Day/5 day Min. 2.00 <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />Water for residential subdivision construction <br />work not to exceed four months as provided for <br />in Section 39-29 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Ail water supplied from fire hydrants or water services with <br />spacer connections: <br /> <br />Tracts-Residential (Per Lot) <br />Per 100 feet of sewer ditch <br />Hydrant Meter Deposit (Refundable) <br /> <br />$ 19.00 <br /> 5.00 <br /> 750.00 <br /> <br /> 2. That Resolution No. 83-97 fixing water rates and standby <br />charges is hereby repealed, effective July 1, 1987. <br /> <br /> 3. That the following rates are to be charged prior to <br />installation of water service, for each water service installed <br />by the Water Division of the Public Works, as provided for in <br />Section 39-19 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code: <br /> <br /> <br />
