The rate to be charged for an increase in the size of service shall be the same as for cost of service installation for the large size of service. B. SERVICE INSTALLATION OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS The rate to be charged for installation of water service outside the City limits shall be the same as for installa- tion within the City. C. DEPOSIT The installation of larger services, fire services, backflow protection devices, or any other service not mentioned herein, nor specifically provided for in any other ordinance or resolution of the City of Santa Ana, shall be made on the basis of cost, including overhead. In any such installation, the applicant shall post the deposit in an amount estimated by the Director of Public Works to be sufficient to cover the total chage. In the event the actual cost is less than the deposit, the balance shall be refunded to the applicant, and if more, shall be paid by the applicant upon receipt of additional billing. service expense, That no charge shall be made for installing a water if the applicant installs the water service at his own tO the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. 5. That the following rates are to be charged to instal- lation of a water meter, for each water meter installed on any water service installed by other than the Water Division of the Department of Public Works, as provided for in Section 39-19 and 39-25(j) of the Santa Ana Municipal Code.
