That Resolution No. 83-98 fixing charges for water <br />service installations, except as hereinafter provided is hereby <br />repealed, effective July 1, 1987. <br /> <br /> 7. That the following rates shall be charged to appli- <br />cants requiring the installation of new water mains as provided for <br />in Section 39-22 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. Upon the deter- <br />mination of the Director of Public Works of the size or sizes re- <br />quired, for the proposed develoment, the following charges shall be <br />made: <br /> <br /> 6" or smaller water mains at $30.00 per linear foot <br /> 8" water mains at $36.00 per linear foot <br />10" water mains at $42.00 per linear foot <br />12" or larger water mains at $48.00 per linear foot <br /> <br /> 8. That none of the above charges shall be made if the <br />applicant installs water mains and hydrants, at his own expense, <br />the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />to <br /> <br /> 9. That a charge of one-half of the applicable linear <br />foot charge multiplied by the number of feet of frontage of the <br />parcel or lot shall be collected for each recorded parcel or lot <br />requiring the connection of a service to an existing water main for <br />which no previous payment has been made for such parcel or lot. <br /> <br /> 10. That Resolution No. 83-99 fixing charges for water <br />mains is hereby repealed, effective July 1, 1987. <br /> <br /> <br />
