Requested by Esquire Valet Shop (Annie Fowler) <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5009 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING TIN[E LIMIT PARKING ZONE <br /> UNDER SECTION 9 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1050 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of <br />the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordi- <br />nance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance <br />of the City of Santa Ana Regulating the Use of Public Highways <br />within said, City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does <br />hereby declare that the following curb along the public highways <br />in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted green and shall bear a <br />legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time <br />limit for parking shall be ten (10) minutes, as provided in <br />Subdivision "F" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1030, and the <br />City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted <br />as above described, on the following curb, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST SEVENTEENTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the North side between Jefferson Place and Broadway, <br />located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 20 feet of the West 140 feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of <br />Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of July, <br /> <br />1951. <br /> <br />..~TTEST: ~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
