RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED ~REAS, C. RICHARD GEILUS and BARBARA GEILUS, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council of Santa Ann, California, a grant deed dated January 18, 1951 conveying that certain real prop- erty in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: T~e North 40 feet of the following described property: Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly extension of the Westerly line of Lot i of Tract No. 1228, as per map there- of recorded in Book 38, at page 42 of ~iscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, with the Northerl~ line of the land described in Parcel i in the deed to Emmet u. Rogers and wife, filed april 24, 1944 as Document No. 11257 in the office of the Registrar of Titles of said Orange County, and running thence ~ou~herly along said ~ortherly extension of Lot i and along the ~esterly lines of Lots I and 2 of said Tract NO. 1228, 180 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 2 of said Tract No. 1228; thence ~¥esterly, parallel with the center line of Seventeenth Street as shown on the Map of said Tract No. 1228, 144.5~ feet, more or less, to the ~esterly line of the land described in Parcel I in said deed to Rogers; thence Northerly along said Westerly line 180 feet, more or less, to the North- erly line of the land described in Parcel i in said deed to Rogers; thence Easterly along said Northerly line, 144.54 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa gna accepts said deed end the property hereinabove described. The City 01erk of the City of Santa kne is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, Cali- fornia.
