Requested by ~ulledge Machine Works. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 5021 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS <br /> UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle <br /> <br />Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 1050 of the City of Santa Ana, <br /> <br />entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana Regulating <br />the Use of Public Highways within said City", adopted <br />April 8, 1938, the City Council does hereby declare that <br />the following curb along the public highway in the City <br />of Santa Aha shall be painted Yellow, as provided in <br />subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance No. 1050, <br />and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said <br />curb to be painted Yellow, as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> WEST FIFTH STREET <br /> <br /> On the South side between Pacific Avenue and <br />Hesperian Street, located as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 40 feet of the West 5~ feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the <br />City of Santa Ana, at its regular meeting held on the <br />18th day of July, l~S1. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br />(S AL) <br /> <br /> <br />
